To ensure the event is developmental, feedback is provided after each activity giving an immediate opportunity to reflect on both individual and group performance. This reflection is a critical part of the day, leading to practical changes for individuals to take back and use in the workplace.

Programmes are designed to reflect your requirements, for example you may want some theoretical input on teambuilding or an analysis of the different roles each of your team members perform - or you may just want to get away from work as a group and try something different! Our aim is to work with you to produce an event that matches your own company needs.

Prices vary dependent upon size of group and your specific requirements for the day. However, as a guide, the standard rate for a group of 7 is £595.
